Fantastic cafe. Went here for a late breakfast and coffee and loved it. Looks small from the road but is surprisingly spacious (plus small amount of lawn parking in addition to the street side parks around the back). Went with the ‘Malibu deluxe’ Turkish breakfast and it was perfect portion size and full of flavour. The coffee was good, I enjoyed two, and the background music on point. Good range of outdoor (including covered) seating. Atmosphere loses a star because sadly you do hear the cars metres away roaring past of sitting outside (inside was great though) - but if you handle that it’s much nicer enjoying the weather outside. Strongly recommend if in the area or passing through!

When you find truly small Australian towns that have a fantastic eatery you want to tell people about it...this little restaurant is one such place! Although it's been open a few years 6 & Out relies on passing traffic for it's main customer base. That said I sure hope more locals come support them. The food we had was absolutely delicious. Gummy Shark was superb, the Corn Fritters light and tasty with an excellent salad. A brilliant range of local and ACT beers plus many wines ensure you can lunch with friends. Chris and Monique run a terrific restaurant (open for dinner on weekends!), we will be back in no time!!

This guys are the bomb. We have had a couple of experiences here and not only is the food amazing and the team are professional and very experienced. What an enjoyable experience thankyou. Back again for dinner the duck certainly did not disapoint washed down by a great cocktail and chocolate cake toboot. Thanks again for a fantastic meal.

Beautiful venue with great coffee and creative delicious dishes. I went there for breakfast but they also offer lunch and dinner. Oat milk and vegetarian options available

Thank you for a great meal. We were very excited to support a new quality dining venue in the local area and we were not disappointed. We love the native food focus and chef Chris is obviously very skilled. Delicious local oysters reminded us that we have been missing caviar for some time and serving the plump, perfectly shucked oysters with a range of condiments including finger limes was an excellent start. The bruschetta, while tasty and enjoyable, could have benefitted from a less is more approach as an entree. The pork belly and pear salad was a classic pairing with a twist. Yum, yum! A standout in the savoury portion of the meal. The sous vide steak was wonderful in concept but slightly missed the mark. Maybe a little more up front with the jus to bring together the sophistication meets footy twist? The fish meal was outstanding with the smoked sweet potato puree perfectly complimenting every seafood mouthful. Then dessert. Wow! As I said to our very friendly and attentive wait staff, I don't usually remember desserts because they're usually not that memorable. This was memorable with the delicious tang of lime and Davidson plum lingering on the palate well into the drive home. It was a pretty plate of panna cotta perfection and so very very good. Looking forward to seeing what will be on the weekly menus to come.
